Yes, all servers, once created, are billed until they are deleted, regardless of their power state. This billing approach is due to resource allocation, where full resources are allocated internally to servers regardless of their power status. It allows for quick server startup and boot times.
Currently, we do not offer customized virtual server configurations, such as additional RAM or larger drives. Our servers are designed to provide optimized performance and reliability based on predefined configurations.
